The hotel's location is amazing for seeing the sites. It is close to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. The staff was very helpful. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in.
The room was very small with a small double bed. I had asked for a crib in the reservation. The crib was not provided. The baby slept with us.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. the hotel location is fantastic, just a block from the arc de triomphe! breakfast had a nice display and plenty of choices. I loved it!
My room felt really small. the cleaning wasn't great. I noticed some clothes on dirty luggage bags. the bathrooms seemed old and could use some updating!

the location offered immediate access to transportation! a metro station was just outside the door. the staff provided helpful assistance at all hours with the 24/7 concierge service. the staircase was well kept!
Housekeeping could have been more thorough. There were a few hairs on the floor and bed sheets.
